Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Landon Woods
I founded Revision Solar LLC in 2017 after gaining valuable management experience with SFM and PPM at two solar companies. I hold a pesticide license for all states where we operate, a Virginia Class A Contractor’s License for Grading, OSHA 30 certification, and Hazardous Communications training. With a background in Business Management, my current focus is on developing new tiers of business and building a culture where others can grow and lead with the same vision and standards.

Vice President
JT Evans
As Vice President of Revision Solar, I oversee the strategic development of business operations, services, and systems that have supported the company’s sustained growth year over year. With an associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Virginia Journeyman Electrical License, I combine technical insight with organizational leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and innovation across all divisions. My focus remains on scalable growth, cross-departmental alignment, and maintaining Revision Solar’s reputation as an innovative leader in solar farm operations and maintenance.

Financial Operations Manager
Amy Woods
I oversee all financial recordkeeping at Revision Solar, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance across daily transactions, including purchases, expenses, invoices, and revenue. I also manage tax preparation data to support sound business decisions and financial transparency. My work is guided by a commitment to consistency, accountability, and clear reporting that strengthens our operational foundation.

SFM Manager
Josh Hackworth
I joined Revision Solar in April 2024, bringing a background in mechanical analysis, equipment repair, and business management. In my role, I oversee client relations, quoting, daily operations, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficiency and reliability across all projects. I’m passionate about expanding Revision Solar’s presence into new markets, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and upholding the company’s highest standards of service and communication.

Erosion & Civil Construction Foreman
Michael Clarke
I joined Revision Solar in April 2025 after running my own landscaping and tree service business from 2017 to 2024. As the Erosion and Civil Construction Foreman, I oversee on-site operations that protect soil stability, manage stormwater, and preserve surrounding waterways—all while respecting neighboring landowners. My daily responsibilities include directing crews to ensure erosion and sediment control practices are performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. My goal is to cultivate strong client relationships built on integrity, responsiveness, and trust, while developing a team culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and flawless leadership.

Human Resources & Compliance Lead
Brandon Jarrett
I joined Revision Solar in October 2025 with a background in Business Management, sales, payroll, and data administration. My role spans human resources, compliance, and administrative support, along with assisting the ECC team when needed. I believe in perseverance and teamwork, embracing the mindset that “success is not final, failure is not fatal — it is the courage to continue that counts.” -Winston Churchill
